At PodyumPlus.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. You can examine and try on the products you purchase in the comfort of your home and evaluate their fit. Products that meet our return conditions can be returned easily within 15 days of the delivery date.
This return policy applies to domestic orders placed through PodyumPlus.com.
You must submit a return request within 15 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must:
Be unwashed and unaltered,
Be unused or only tried on to the same extent as they would be in a physical store,
Have all original tags attached,
Be free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or other signs of use,
Be returned with their original box, packaging, accessories, and promotional gifts, where applicable.
If the product shows signs of use, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations that affect its resale value, a deduction may be applied in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. Products that fall within the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal cannot be returned.
You can complete your return by following these steps:
Log in to your PodyumPlus.com account.
Go to My Account > My Orders.
Select the product you wish to return.
Choose your reason for returning the product and click “Create Return Request.”
Once your return request has been created, package the product securely.
Place a note inside the package containing your order number and telephone number.
Take the package to your nearest PTT Cargo branch.
You can send your return free of charge through PTT Cargo by using our contract number 302549672. You only need to provide the PodyumPlus contract number at the PTT Cargo branch. You do not need to provide a separate return address.
To benefit from free return shipping, your package must be sent through PTT Cargo using the specified contract number. Shipping costs arising from returns sent through another carrier may be charged to the customer.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, both the return shipping cost and the cost of sending the replacement product are covered by PodyumPlus.
Once your return package reaches PodyumPlus, the product is inspected as part of our quality-control process.
During this inspection, we check whether the product:
Has been used,
Has been washed,
Has had its tags removed,
Shows signs of damage, stains, or odors,
Meets the applicable return conditions.
You will be informed by SMS once your return has been approved. You can then choose one of the following options from your order details:
You can request a refund by selecting the “Request Refund” option in your order details.
You can use the exchange code sent to you by SMS to place a new order through PodyumPlus.com. If the price of the new product is higher than the value of your exchange code, you will need to pay the difference.
Refunds approved after the quality-control process are generally submitted to the payment provider or bank within 2–5 business days.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank. In all cases, the statutory periods specified under applicable consumer legislation will apply.
Whenever possible, the refund will be issued through the payment method used for the original order:
Credit card payments: The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
Bank transfer or EFT payments: The refund will be deposited into a bank account registered in the name of the customer who placed the order.
For credit card purchases made in installments, PodyumPlus submits the total refund amount to the bank as a single transaction. Depending on the bank’s policies, the refund may be reflected on the credit card statement in installments.
PodyumPlus.com does not currently offer a cash-on-delivery payment option. Therefore, this return policy does not cover cash-on-delivery transactions.
For products that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the protective packaging, hygiene seal, security seal, or similar protective element has been opened.
The following products cannot be returned:
Underwear products whose protective packaging or hygiene seal has been opened,
Products personalized according to the customer’s measurements, requests, or individual requirements,
Products that have been altered or customized at the customer’s request.
Underwear products whose protective packaging and hygiene seal remain unopened may be reviewed for return, provided that they meet all other return conditions.
Standard evening dresses that are unused and meet the return conditions may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Evening dresses that have been made to special measurements, personalized, or altered at the customer’s request may not be covered by the right of withdrawal.
The scope and conditions of free-shipping campaigns are clearly displayed to the customer before the order is completed.
If a partial return causes the remaining order value to fall below the campaign threshold, the order will be evaluated according to the campaign conditions disclosed before purchase. No return shipping charge or undisclosed additional fee that is contrary to consumer legislation will be deducted solely because the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal.

If the package appears to have been damaged during transportation, we recommend asking the delivery representative to prepare a damage assessment report at the time of delivery whenever possible.
